Return to the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra

Feng returns to the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra at the beginning of this month, for three performances around the state. The series begins at New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Newark on 7 November and continues at New Jersey Performing Arts Center on 9 November and finally Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown on 10 November. Feng joins the orchestra as soloist under the baton of Xian Zhang.

The concerts feature a US premiere of Violin Concerto La joie de la souffrance by one of China’s foremost composers, Qigang Chen. Feng will also perform Saint-Saëns’ Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso in A minor.
